Amber Heintzberger is a freelance writer and photographer specializing in equestrian coverage. Her writing and photography has been published in numerous print and internet publications worldwide, including coverage of major international competitions. She is also a member of the International Alliance of Equestrian Journalists. A lifelong horsewoman, she has competed at eventing, dressage, and other events as well as re-training several off-the-track Thoroughbreds. She was the cowriter and photographer for Modern Eventing with Phillip Dutton and Beyond the Track, and she provided the photography for the new edition of Anne Kursinski's Riding & Jumping Clinic.
